Lexington has beautiful, imaginative and thought-provoking street art at nearly every turn. The Lexington Mural Challenge is easy, it’s fun, and there’s a free poster in it for you when you’re done.
Step 1 | Get your digital pass by signing up with this link. It’s totally free + totally easy to use.
Step 2 | Check your phone. You’ll get a text message and an email after signing up that contains your pass.
Step 3 | Start exploring. The pass contains addresses, GPS coordinates + information about 48 different murals around our city. Basically, it’s a high-tech + user-friendly treasure map.
Pro tip: Don’t forget to use your pass to check-in at each mural you visit. Instead of “X marks the spot,” street art marks the spot.
Step 4 | Pick up your prize. Once you’ve checked in to six different murals using your pass, you can pick up a prize poster at the Lexington Visitors Center, 215 W. Main St., Ste. 75. Ahoy, you’ve found your treasure.
